Tokunbo Anthony Kufeji (aka Feji) is the chef and co-owner of the successful San Francisco Catering and Street Food Cart business. Feji hails from Lagos, Nigeria with British upbringing and then moved to Los Angeles learning how to successfully blend influences of all three continents in his cooking. He comes from a family of a pair of sisters and brothers who inspired his desire to become a culinary artist. Through their personal styles and mastery of their own dishes, he quickly adopted a flair for fusing different elements from his and their travels to develop his own, very unique, approach to creating flavorful dishes. His ability to interact with people from all walks of life, age, race and cultures has given him even more range and flair in the variety of flavors, spice and excitement he brings to his cooking.
